Dr. Dan Kaufman,
is
an expert in organizational leadership working with
individuals and groups to expand their capacity to lead
and succeed. Using a range of skills including
group facilitation, stress management, psychology and
coaching he helps people identify and reclaim their
center, core essence, and sense of purpose so that they
can use these compass points to help guide them through
the challenges that we all face in today's fast paced
and complex world.
He
has special interests in leadership development,
addictions & recovery, and learning to use the
wisdom of the body as a medium for change and a greater
sense of satisfaction. He is also excited about helping
individuals, families, and organizations navigate
through change and transitions in their lives and
develop communication skills that lead to greater
satisfaction, productivity, commitment, and mutual
learning.
Dan
is well-trained and experienced. He holds a Doctorate
in Educational Leadership from Seattle University as
well as a Master's in Psychology. He brings his varied
background as an administrator, a mental health
counselor, a psychologist to his coaching and
facilitation.
As a Certified Integral Coach His he utilizes an
approach that aids in the development of a balanced
integrated lifestyle. He helps clients build
competencies in their cognitive, emotional, somatic,
spiritual, and relational domains. His training as a
coach has been through the highly acclaimed New
Ventures West Professional Coaching Course.
Dan
is a runner, loves music, learning, and playing the
guitar. His compassion, desire, and personal
commitment to be a support for others growth and
development guide his life and work.
